At **Vital IV Therapy**, we don’t just provide IV treatments - we deliver an elevated wellness experience. We’re looking for a **highly presentable, vibrant, and organised receptionist** to be the face of our **Ascot Vale clinic**. This role is key to keeping our clinic running smoothly, ensuring clients return, and upholding the high standards of the **Vital IV brand**.

**What You’ll Do**:
**Appointment Management** - Confirm bookings, manage rebookings as per treatment plans, and ensure patients arrive for their sessions.

**Membership & Bookings** - Assist clients in signing up for memberships, managing their plans, and securing future appointments.

**Social Media Content Creation** - Capture and create engaging content to showcase our services and client experiences.

**Clinic Presentation & Atmosphere** - Keep the space clean, aesthetic, and welcoming, ensuring an energetic and professional environment.

**Client Amenities & Service** - Provide a premium experience with thoughtful customer service, ensuring every visit is exceptional.

**What Success Looks Like**:
Clients **arrive on time** and feel valued from the moment they walk in.

Patients **rebook their treatments**, maintaining consistency in their wellness journey.

Engaging **social media content** is created in line with brand direction.
