Aesthetic Avenue is a boutique, nurse-led cosmetic injectables and skin clinic in the heart of Ascot Vale. We're looking for a skilled, motivated Dermal Therapist to join us part time or casual (2–3 days per week), with room to grow into a full-time role.

About Us

Aesthetic Avenue specialises in non-surgical cosmetic enhancements and advanced skin treatments within a calm, two-room clinic designed for personalised, high-touch care.

You'll work closely with our Registered Nurse in a supportive, collaborative environment that values clinical results and long-term client relationships—while helping expand the skin therapy arm of the clinic.

Excitingly, we're also opening our new boutique flagship clinic in Essendon next year, creating further opportunities for growth and professional development within our expanding team.

The Role

You'll lead our skin treatments and own the client journey—from consultation and analysis to delivery and review.

Core treatments:

  • Comprehensive skin consultations & treatment planning
  • Skin needling
  • Enzyme peels & facials
  • Lymphatic therapy
  • LED light therapy
  • Microdermabrasion & hydrodermabrasion
  • TCA peels

Professional ranges you'll work with: O Cosmedics, BioRePeel, Inskin Cosmedics, Imbibe, OPTY.NC

What You Bring

  • Certificate IV in Beauty Therapy (minimum); Advanced Diploma in Dermal Science highly regarded
  • Hands-on experience in advanced skin modalities (essential)
  • Strong understanding of skin conditions and treatment planning
  • Availability for some evening shifts within a flexible roster
  • Impeccable hygiene and organisation
  • Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest skin trends and technologies
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with our nurse
  • Comfortable contributing to social media content or showcasing your work
  • Reliability, professionalism, and excellent client communication skills
