About the role:
In this role, you will be required to:

- Expert in customer experience and demonstrates clear problem-solving and resolution skills
- Naturally creates loyal customers with a positive and professional attitude
- Highly organised and efficient, with attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure
- Team player and establishes workable and effective relationships with all colleagues
- Proactive and agile approach to role, with an eagerness to learn and improve

To be successful in this role you need to meet the following essential skills and experiences:

- 2+ years relevant experience in a similar role in luxury fashion
- Advanced decision making, communication and problem-solving skills
- Exemplary work performance history
- Exposure to online retail with particular use of Shopify, Apparel21, Zendesk or Microsoft Office 365 or similar, preferable
