As a Systems Specialist at the you’ll be an integral part of one of Australia’s largest and most exciting supply chain networks. **Your key responsibilities include:
- Effectively maintain DC product range through effective systems management and inventory integrity
- Use knowledge of integrated end to end systems to support business decisions
- Identify, develop and manage event planning activity
- Ensure site systems are used as designed and focus on continuous improvement of systems and processes
- Ensure integrity of the system through reporting and maintaining the data.
- Actively promote innovation and continuous improvement within the systems team and wider DC business by challenging current systems and processes
- Provide systems support, education and troubleshooting as required
- Ensure service levels to stores and DC are to the highest standards
- Manage all facets of change management, including: planning, communication, implementation and post change reviews

- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and WMS 5.4
- Change and/or project management experience
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- A passion for problem solving in complex situations
- Strong commercial acumen, time management and administrative skills
- Experience in collaborating with others to achieve outcomes and driving accountability in others to deliver results
- Google Suit, Sheets and Docs Intermediate
- MS skills Intermediate
- Excel
- SAP
