**About the role**:
The Head of Range, Space & Systems is responsible for setting and maintaining the overarching Range and Space strategy, leading the tech transformation of the function, providing insights and analytics into range and space performance, and continuously improving process efficiency.

Through thought leadership, strong stakeholder management and a focus on continuous improvement you will lead change in addition to day-to-day execution and work cross-functionally across varied stakeholder teams.

You will also:

- Develop, define, and implement the overarching range strategy for the Business Unit range teams to execute
- Define and execute the Macro Space strategy
- Be responsible to uphold the guardrails for Range and Space analytics and processes across the Business Unit trading teams
- Improve and develop systems and tools
- Lead, coach, and mentor a high performing team, whilst fostering further development and future talent
- Manage and lead a large cross functional team

**About you and your skills**:
In this role you will bring your proven people leadership and stakeholder management experience into this strategic role as part of the leadership team.

You’ll also need:

- Proven experience in retail with a demonstrated understanding of commercial and operations
- Experience in strategy development in a large corporate environment
- Proven experience in successfully driving strategic and tactical improvement programs
- Demonstrated stakeholder, people leadership skills and management of a large team
- Ability to operate and adapt in a fast-paced culture of change
