**About the team**:
Coles Liquor is a trusted retailer with three iconic trading banners, Liquorland, First Choice Liquor Market and Vintage Cellars. **About the role**:
Sitting within our Liquor Marketing team, you will support the delivery of the CLG Customer First strategy through category, consumer, market and shopper behaviour and trend opportunities to unlock business growth.

You’ll also:

- Manage agency partners to develop Customer insights and Shopper behaviour understanding
- Develop, deliver and continually refine Customer inputs into long term, annual, quarterly, and monthly plans
- Deliver tracking tools such as NPS, Market Share, Customer Choice Drivers, Brand Funnels and Synergy Key Customer behaviour metrics
- Manage customer data sources within insights reporting platforms
- Deliver a Customer insights capability program that builds knowledge of actionable insight with teams, growing interest in the customer
- Deliver self-serve reporting & analysis that facilitates performance review rhythms and cadences

**About you and your skills**:
You have extensive experience in an insights, analytics, commercial or strategy role within an online, retail or FMCG environment.

You’ll also have:

- Ability to triangulate multiple data sources to develop insights and recommendations, while exploring new approaches and learning opportunities
- Knowledge of drivers of business growth: P&L, customer growth levers and margin opportunity areas
- Knowledge of business strategy development: Competitive & market analysis, return on investment, customer behaviour and experience drivers
- Familiarity with customer data analytics and primary research methodologies (qualitative & quantitative) and customer scan & panel data (Nielsen or IRI)
- Strong communication, both written & verbal, with an ability to make the complex simple
- Capacity to work effectively and deliver high quality outputs in a fast-paced environment
