This purpose of this role is to ensure that all garments are produced quality and construction standards and achieve the design expectations. The role is responsible for the end to end process from fitting of garments, creating seasonal graded spec sheets, implementing and maintaining a block system & all seasonal size specs,maintaining schedules and liaising with off-shore manufacturers.

The role is required to incorporate the specifications and feedback from the customer to develop a product that meets their requirements and standards.

**Responsibilities**:

- Fitting of garments:

- Creating seasonal graded spec sheets for each style, send these to factories and liaise with them regarding the details, ensure consistent and relevant grading rules are implemented and applied to specs.
- Implementing and maintaining a block system - by creating blocks from approved styles, updating to ensure the info is up-to-date, include references so the design team can allocate the appropriate fits on specs.
- Inputting and maintaining all seasonal size specs and blocks in AP21 (if required).
- Maintaining schedules as required when styles have been checked and bulk specs issued and update the relevant schedule (i.e. bulk or sales sample) so that progress can be tracked.
- Lisaing with off-shore manufacturers (as required) on all fitting, issues and queries re measurements. As well as timely monitoring of the PP samples submission vs bulk ex China dates (ensuring the meeting of
shipping deadlines).
- Quality Assurance - assessing the garments for quality / stitching / fabrication, assessing factories capabilities during site visits, assessing QC reports received from China and resolving any quality issues.

**You will need**:

- Diploma in Fashion and Design
- Previous experience in a similar role (5+ years)
- American and Domestic Sport knowledge (desired)
- Intermediate IT literacy
- Proficient in Adobe illustrator
