**Your New Role**

As our Garment Technician, you’ll play a key role in ensuring every product meets our high standards for fit, performance, and quality. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams and offshore suppliers to manage testing, specifications, and approvals that bring our product concepts to life, all while keeping projects moving on time and on point.

**Day-to-day you’ll be**:

- Coordinating and running fit sessions, processing fit comments, and liaising with internal teams and suppliers
- Conducting pre-production checks and approvals
- Reviewing product testing reports for compliance and performance standards
- Maintaining and managing master data libraries for trims, fabrics, and compliance documentation
- Ensuring suppliers have up-to-date block, trim, and construction manuals
- Guiding factories through NAR’s quality and approval processes
- Monitoring timelines and proactively flagging variances
- Providing technical support and guidance to the team

**You’ll thrive in this role if you are**:

- Experienced with 5+ years in a technical apparel or quality assurance role
- Qualified with a tertiary degree or equivalent in Production, Quality Control, Fashion Design, or a related field
- Skilled in garment construction, sizing, fit, and technical specifications
- Confident working across both cut & sew and woven product categories
- Familiar with local and offshore manufacturing processes and comfortable managing supplier relationships
- A detail-obsessed problem solver who takes pride in quality and precision
- Organised and proactive, able to manage multiple priorities with ease
- A clear and confident communicator across teams and cultures
- Skilled in PLM systems (ideally 3 Clicks), Excel, and Adobe Illustrator
- Motivated and adaptable, with a growth mindset and openness to feedback
- A true team player who enjoys contributing to collective success
