**What this job involves**:
We are seeking a highly motivated Leasing Executive to join our dynamic team. This role offers an excellent opportunity into commercial real estate leasing and to build a successful career with a global industry leader.
**A snapshot of the role**:
Assist senior leasing executives in managing property portfolios and tenant relationships
Conduct market research and prepare property reports and presentations
Support the leasing process, including property inspections, lease negotiations, and documentation
Maintain accurate and up-to-date property and tenant information in company databases
Collaborate with internal teams, including property management, marketing, and finance
Participate in business development activities and networking events
Contribute to the preparation of marketing materials and property listings
Stay informed about local real estate market trends and competitor activities
**Sound like you? This is what we’re looking for**:
Strong interest in commercial real estate and leasing
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Analytical mindset with attention to detail
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
Knowledge of local real estate market and regulations
Experience with real estate software platforms
Registered Real Estate Licence as a minimum
