Leasing Manager plays a pivotal role in the property management services, acting as the bridge between property owners and tenants. At its core, this role involves more than just transactions; it’s about leadership, problem-solving, and process optimisation. This role responsibilities extend beyond overseeing day-to-day operations, encompassing the guidance and development of the team. This dual responsibility ensures the smooth operation of leasing and property management functions while fostering team growth and client satisfaction.

**Main Duties**
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with the client, exceeding service expectations and promoting Evolve FM’s value.
- **Portfolio Oversight**: Manage the property portfolio in compliance with the Property Management Service Agreement and relevant legal frameworks (PGPA & LAA Act).
- **Transactional Management**: Handle end-to-end lease transactions, including providing strategic advice, liaising with solicitors, and ensuring lease documents are executed efficiently.
- **Market and Leasing Activities**: Conduct market scans, building inspections, and negotiate leases, renewals, rent reviews, or variations to achieve the best outcomes.
- **Business and Reporting Functions**: Prepare business cases for client approvals, maintain transaction records, and create operational reports.
- **Financial and Risk Management**: Support portfolio financial management and risk assessment while addressing administrative tasks.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Identify and implement process improvements, fostering innovation and best practices.
- **Team Leadership and Development**: Provide support to Assistants and Lease Administrators, hire and train talent, foster team morale, and prepare succession plans.
- **Professional Environment**: Encourage collaboration, high performance, and ethical standards within the team while supporting individual success and mentoring opportunities.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum Assistant Agent ACT real estate certificate or an equivalent interstate qualification.
- Tertiary qualification in a Property, Business or Commercial field is preferred however is not essential.

Ideal;
- Class 2 ACT real estate certificate or interstate equivalent.
- Good understanding of Commonwealth Policies including the PGPA and LAA Act.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Planner, Teams, and SharePoint apps.
- Existing or eligible for Australian Government Security clearance level Baseline.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in transactions, leasing, or the commercial real estate field, combined with demonstrated people management skills.
- Goal-oriented and focused on consistently meeting and exceeding performance targets.
- Strong client service and communication skills, with the ability to effectively chair stakeholder meetings and maintain positive client relationships.
- Proven track record of excellent stakeholder engagement, adept at working with individuals from diverse skill sets and responsibilities, ensuring strong client focus.
- Exceptional organisational skills with attention to detail, capable of prioritising tasks and managing workloads efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work autonomously and thrive in a collaborative team environment.
- Familiarity with work health and safety requirements to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.
- Experience fostering a culture of inclusion and high performance within the workplace.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
