**What this opportunity involves**:
As our Leasing Manager, you will have highly developed property transactions/ leasing experience holding a current Real Estate Licence (or a Certificate of Registration/ Agency Rep Cert/ Salesperson Cert). This is a dynamic role in a fast-paced environment. It is also highly autonomous, but you will be supported by a large network of diverse and energetic colleagues spread nationally across one of JLL’s biggest accounts. You’ll take pride in the exceptional management if your portfolio, being particular about attention to detail and capable of managing to an extensive reporting cadence both internally and externally.

**A snapshot of the day-to-day duties**:
You’ll deliver operational, client and customer service excellence across the portfolio, focusing on the interpretation and execution of all transactional leasing requirements.

Key responsibilities include new leases, lease renewals, lease options, market rent reviews, market sweeps, research and analysis, lease transaction plans, managing landlord relationships, undertaking reconciliations on accounts, preparing annual budgets, and ensuring all lease data is abstracted and approved in the property management information system.

You will have experience in leasing management in the property industry with a relevant degree/ qualification. Strong communication, negotiation and reporting skills are required with proven experience managing successful business/ tenant relationships.

You know what steps to take to achieve best practices that deliver value for money outcomes and you’re highly organised, able to work autonomously but also as part of a team.

You must be an Australian Citizen and be able to obtain and hold Federal Government level security clearances in order to comply with our client’s requirement.
