We are a very successful mortgage broking business that specialises in construction finance supporting 2 major home builders in NSW - Clarendon Homes and Domaine Homes. Our team has over 75 years of combined lending experience and is recognised as one of Loan Market's successful franchises.

If you are successful and you can keep up with the pace, you could be the lead mortgage broker supporting Domaine Homes and their customers to help finance the new homes. Domaine Homes are renowned for their passionate people, innovative designs, and high-quality homes which have seen them grow and become one of the largest home builders in NSW.

**ABOUT YOU**

To succeed in this role, you will demonstrate the following skills and attributes:

- Certificate IV or Diploma of Financial Services & Mortgage Broking
- Highly motivated to achieve results and delight your customers
- You are reliable with the ability to operate autonomously and work within a team
- A high level of professionalism and personal presentation at all times
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills enhancing you to deal effectively with business partners and customers
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure and volume environment
- Extremely high attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn quickly (Microsoft Office and Google Platform)
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Home Loan Lender or mortgage broker is ideal and well versed in construction finance.
