As a Mortgage Broker with The Loan Co., you will collaborate with a team of Mortgage Brokers, Sales Managers, and Administration staff, receiving all the support and tools you need to succeed. This includes access to top-tier technology, marketing, compliance, and ongoing business coaching.

**Your Duties Include**:

- Managing existing client and referral relationships
- Self-generating business through your own network
- Satisfying Responsible Lending obligations and Best Interests Duty (BID) requirements

**Requirements**:
**Skills and Experience**
- Completed your Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking or Diploma of Financial Services (Finance and Mortgage Broking Management)
- At least one year of experience managing client and referral relationships (either as a Banker or a Broker)
- Excellent client relationship management skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivation and a results-driven mindset, with a passion for exceeding targets
- A solid understanding of mortgage products, lending regulations, and market dynamics
- The ability to satisfy Responsible Lending obligations and BID requirements
