**About the Role/You**:
Reporting to the Services Manager, this role is initially a casual position for a couple of months with the view to go full time. This role is perfect for a blue collar recruiter wanting to specialize in a specific industry.
- 2yrs + blue collar recruitment experience
- Mining Industry Specific Recruitment
- Work with Managers to establish recruitment requirements and manage full cycle of the recruitment process including advertising, shortlisting, screening, interviewing, pre-employment checks, reference checking and offer processes.
- Positive and energetic approach to your working day
- Impeccable attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills to enable liaison with a variety of stakeholders with differing requirements and expectations
