**The Job**:
To make sure we leave a lasting impression, we’re looking for an enthusiastic Cinema Cook to join our team. HOYTS have created a menu that surpasses the traditional moviegoer experience. In this role you’ll bring the menu to life by managing the day to day aspects of the kitchen and cooking operations. Your day to day duties will include:

- Successful preparation and presentation of all food offerings
- Comply to food hygiene and health & safety policies
- Provide leadership and support to LUX Kitchen team
- Ensure the kitchen is maintained to a high standard
- Communicate with the Food & Beverage team to help grow the menu offering

**Who we are looking for**:
We are looking for passionate individual able to bring our menu to life. You’ll lead by example and love being hands-on to deliver a first-class food experience. You’ll encourage your team and drive results in a fast-paced environment. You’ll be known for your ability to plan, organise, multi-task and stay clam under pressure. What you’ll need:

- Previous restaurant or QSR experience preferable
- Proven ability to work under pressure and ensuring KPIs are exceeded
- High standards of food preparation and productivity
- Energy, positivity and resilience with a keen focus on motivating others
- Understanding of compliance, food safety and the risk mitigation process
- Availability on weekends, evenings and public holidays
