We have an excellent opportunity for a Client Engagement Dividends Operations Manager to join our Dividends team, based in our Yarra Falls Melbourne office. **A role you will love**

This role, reports to the Regional Director Issuer Operations. This leadership role will work collaboratively with Front Office teams and other business units in order to meet the client’s expectations as it relates to their Dividend event. They will assume responsibility for ensuring the Service Delivery of the team’s end to end process of delivering an accurate and timely payment event.

**If successful, some of your key responsibilities will include**:

- Building and maintaining key relationships with internal and external clients
- Ensure credibility throughout the organization with leadership, management, and innovation.
- Develops and maintains an appropriate service-oriented, commercially aware workplace
- Collaborates internally and externally to ensure the successful day-to-day delivery of all activities and services carried out by their department, confirming that all client and regulatory requirements are met.
- Participate in project meetings to provide direction, highlight project anomalies and provide advice to minimise risk
- Monitors internal and external client satisfaction and engages as needed to resolve issues.
- Develops and implements methodologies, metrics, procedures, and reporting protocols that maximize efficiencies and minimize costs in support of P&L targets.
- Develop strategies within the department to minimise risk and ensure clients are effectively serviced

We’re looking for a passionate leader that has a client-first focus, a continuous improvement mindset and experience in delivering end-to-end process to achieve maximum efficiencies.

**Other key skills required include**:

- Business-focused leadership skills
- Strong people management and Stakeholder management expertise
- Experience working with the stock market and securities, and familiar with broader financial industry
- Capability of working flexibly in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field, highly regarded
- Registry or Corporate Services experience
- Project Management and/or project methodologies experience
- Computer literate (Intermediate skill level in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
