**Location: Syd, Melb, Bris**
**Full-Time Permanent**
**How will I help?**
Responsible for creating a market leading transformation workforce through lifting capability of transformation professionals within the Chapter and strategic workforce planning. You will lead a high performing team of Chapter, Capability and Agile professionals, whilst promoting a culture of growth and performance across sub-chapters.
**Key Responsibilities:
**Identifying key skill gaps, developing training programs, and facilitating skill development initiatives to enhance transformation capabilities
Accountable for the workforce management working closely with recruitment resources, sub-chapter leads to accurately allocate work to teams based on demand, provided through QBR managing prioritisation and negotiations with LOBs
Lead the sub-chapters to effectively nurture and expand the craft community of practice, fostering knowledge sharing and collaboration amongst the community
Responsible for leading our journey toward consistent, effective implementation of scaled agile ways of working across Consumer, Business & Wealth
Responsible for building a high-performing team
- Maintain relevant metrics that help the team see how they are doing and measure improvements as well as offer enhanced transparency to management

**What do I need?**
- Experienced transformation leader passionate about capability building at scale
Deep understanding of the variety of Agile methods such as Scrum, XP, Feature Driven Development, Kanban, Lean and DevOps with the ability to transfer that understanding to all levels of the organisation
Financial service experience desirable
Coaching and mentoring developing talent within teams
- Strong commercial acumen and communications skills
