The Division of Infrastructure and Property at the University of Wollongong is looking for a Property Officer who will be a key member of the Commercial Projects team and responsible for lease and financial administration and tenant enquiries. The purpose of the role is to support the commercial leasing at the Innovation Campus, and the administration of the property portfolio of UOW which spans a network of nine metro and regional campuses.

Infrastructure and Property Division supports the University by building a strong and enduring campus identity. We are responsible for campus planning, environmental sustainability, transport, parking, maintenance, landscape and campus security.
- Demonstrated experience in financial administration, including raising invoices and expense monitoring.
- Strong experience in delivering high quality customer service
- Detail oriented
- Problem solver and team player with a strong work ethic.
- Experience in property management would be advantageous
