**About the team**
We have a centralised finance team that service all parts of the business including manufacturing, clinical services, software and HQ. The team is reporting to the CFO and is in a period of growth and broadening of the services provided to the business.

**About the role**
As we continue to grow and expand, we have a need for an Accounts Payable Officer to join our Finance team in a permanent capacity.

**The key responsibilities for this role will include**:

- Processing of invoices, including follow up of staff for missing documentation
- Monitor AP ledger
- Reconcile bank accounts and credit cards
- Reconcile creditor statements
- Process batches for payment
- Assist with BAS lodgements
- Assist in end of month process
- Other administrative tasks as required.

**About you**:

- 3+ years experience in a similar role
- Strong organisational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment and capacity to work independently, multi-task and prioritise
- Proficiency in the use of Xero (ideally with use of tracking categories)
- Dext and Divipay experience an advantage
- A team player, able to work in a collaborative way
- Excellent computer skills with the ability to quickly acquire knowledge about additional computer programs
- Empathic, sensitive and diplomatic; have the ability to think on your feet and act proactively with discretion
- Possess great written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with Google Suite an advantage
