Workplace Delivery Coordinator

**About the Role**:
We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Workplace Delivery Coordinator to manage our Adelaide office operations. This is a key in-office role combining hands-on facilities management with a strong focus on client service and workplace experience. As the first point of contact for employees and senior stakeholders, you will play a vital role in creating a safe, efficient, and welcoming workplace.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Act as the on-site lead for all workplace and facilities operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day running of the office.
Serve as the first point of contact for all clients, vendors, and internal staff, including senior executives.
Oversee building maintenance, repairs, vendor management, and Landlord liasion.
Respond promptly to issues and emergencies, taking ownership and resolving them effectively.
Deliver an exceptional workplace experience by anticipating needs and going above and beyond.
Identify process improvements and innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency and employee satisfaction.
Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes from a facilities and experience standpoint.
Support event setups, meeting room coordination, and hospitality services.
Support with on-site car-parking issues.

**About You**:
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in facilities management or similar role, ideally in a corporate office environment.
Strong customer service mindset with proven ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to think on your feet, solve problems creatively, and work proactively.
Professional, approachable, and confident in managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
Proficient in MS Office and comfortable with workplace management systems.
Positive, can-do attitude and a team player who takes initiative.
