Exciting opportunity to join our team based out of Adelaide, coordinating and managing scheduling activities associated with business segment work.

**Role Title: Project Admin/ Coordinator**

**Location: Adelaide**

**Experience: 5 - 10 years**

**Eligibility: Must be a PR/ Citizen and based out of Adelaide**

**About the Role**

We are currently seeking an experienced Project Admin/Coordinator to join our team. Reporting directly to the Project Officer, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating multiple concurrent design and projects.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and coordinate multiple concurrent projects
- Manage **end-to-end project activities** for each project including: customer engagement, design and survey activities, communication and reporting and scheduling and programming
- Provide **regular highlight** reporting to management detailing **project status** including information such as project status, ability to meet targets, known issues, etc.
- **Liaise** with members from **various teams** ensure **successful delivery** and **implementation**:

- **Identify **and **notify **management of changes to **guidelines **and **procedures**, and take action to assess and correct any issues resulting from change
- **Develop **relationships with key **stakeholders as necessary**

**Skills and Experience**:

- **5+ years **of experience in **project coordination** and **management skills**:

- Understanding of **project management methodologies** and tools
- Experience with project management software, including **MS Project **and **SharePoint**:

- **PMI **or **PRINCE2 **certification (an advantage)
- Ability to motivate project team members to deliver high quality products in a professional and timely manner
- Good customer relationship skills
- Innovative and resourceful self-starter with a high level of energy and motivation
