**The opportunity**

The Digital Strategy focuses on enabling and increasing productivity for our people and improving how staff work digitally in a geographically spread and mobile work environment.
The Digital Projects and Change team are seeking a motivated, forward-thinking, flexible, and adaptable Change Analyst on a 12-month fixed-term contract. As the Change Analyst, you will be a valued team member who will support our Change Manager in delivering the Digital Strategy’s change management activities that support the effective design, implementation and evaluation of change management and communication plans within Digital projects to embed strategic and operational change.
**Key responsibilities**
The major accountabilities of this position are:
- Conduct Stakeholder Analyses to update Change Impact Assessments to inform project stakeholder engagement, change and communication plans.
- Support project change planning and change activities to ensure change management approaches align with the needs of the business.
- Develop change artefacts, including case for change, change impact assessment, stakeholder analysis, training needs analysis, communications plan, business readiness assessment, training plan, transition plan, and change effectiveness measurement.
- Conduct change analysis and develop and implement effective change and communication plans and change reporting, to maximise adoption for change initiatives
- Assist with the development of key messages for communication planning, liaising with communication teams to ensure a coordinated communication approach across internal and external stakeholders
- Conduct training needs analyses, and collaborate with Group Capability to ensure material design and delivery approach meets the needs of the project
- Coordinate assigned change activities in accordance with the project schedule
- Support administrative tasks as required
**About you**
This position will suit someone who is looking to grow their career in change management and has an appetite to influence and support others through digital change.
- Qualifications in change management desirable
- Experience in a similar role with strong change management skills, preferably within a digital environment.
- Demonstrated focus on the change impact and awareness of how people experience change
- An understanding of change management principles and practices, tools and techniques
- Highly developed communication skills, especially active listening, written and verbal and the ability to develop and maintain productive working relationships
- Ability to influence others toward a common goal
- Proven conflict resolution and negotiation skills
- An understanding of project delivery and the role of change management
- A growth mindset with good analytical and critical thinking
- An ability to work through problems and issues to reduce their impact on people and the project
- Excellent attention to detail, confidentiality, and accuracy
- Advanced MS Office skills
