**About the Role**:
We have an opportunity for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead our recruitment function, reporting to the Chief People Officer. This is a great opportunity for someone currently in a Talent Specialist role seeking to join an expanding business.
Hybrid working environment - up to 2 days work from home, 3 days in our Head office in Alexandria
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage end to end recruitment of all roles from senior executives to warehouse and retail staff
- Support development of talent pipeline through strategic networking
- Implement effective recruitment marketing campaign strategies for a variety of roles
- Establish talent pipeline opportunities
- Establish and develop social media presence (e.g. LinkedIn) to ‘sell’ employer brand
- Liaise with recruitment agencies
- Building relationships with business partners & stakeholders
**Essential requirements**:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Retail industry experience desirable
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to be comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Excellent communication & problem-solving capability
- Proven experience in talent pooling, headhunting & networking within the relevant Talent community is key to this role
- ‘Can do’ attitude
