This is an exciting career opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced **Service Supervisor **and true people leader.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

Based in **Traralgon** and reporting to the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for leading our hard-working Workshop and Field Service teams. You will ensure all KPI’s are achieved and more importantly our customers have a positive experience each time they do business with us.

**Key responsibilities of this role include**:

- Deliver exceptional customer service to our valued customers
- General workshop management and day-to-day operations
- Maintain and drive safety awareness in line with company objectives
- Lead, coach and develop our most important asset - our people
- Maintain the established Contamination Control culture

**ABOUT YOU**

**To be considered for this role, you will have the following skills, experience & attributes**:

- Qualified Diesel Mechanic with considerable post trade experience
- Experience within a similar supervisory role and proven ability to lead a diverse team
- Excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills including MS Office
- Ability to anticipate and identify problems, develop a plan and implement solutions
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to handle a number of simultaneous tasks
- Proven ability to establish and maintain business relationships
