We have a great opportunity for a highly motivated and customer focused **Parts Interpreter **at our **Traralgon** branch.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

Reporting to the Parts Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing first class customer service, parts interpretation and sales to both internal and external customers.

**Your key responsibilities will include**:

- Facilitating parts orders and locating of parts for the workshop
- Building and maintaining productive customer service to new and existing customers
- Ensuring company accounts receivable policies are adhered to in relation to parts sales transactions
- Participation in an after-hours ‘on-call’ roster for emergency parts supply and a Saturday morning duty roster
- Assist as required with warehouse operations, emergency runs, reman and hose assembly

**ABOUT YOU**

You will bring your customer service experience and love for helping people get what they need, and fast.

**You will ideally have the following skills, experience & attributes**:

- Mechanical knowledge would be preferred, a background in automotive would be highly regarded
- Exceptional communication skills: a positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to handle several tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of Caterpillar products (preferred but not essential)
- A current drivers and forklift licence
