Due to a recent increase in work, Matic are looking for an Accounts Administrator who can confidently support the project team and work out of our office in Pemulwuy.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create and maintain new customer accounts
- Prepare customer refunds
- Coordinate customer direct debit billing schedule
- Maintain & process monthly invoicing
- Manage the effective distribution of customer statements
- Ensure hire invoicing data, records and billing are accurate
- General finance & admin support
- Payroll (Xero or MYOB experience essential for role)

**You will offer;**
- Experience in a similar Accounts Administration role
- Strong communication skills verbally and written with attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and provide support whenever required
- Friendly and helpful approach
- Experience in Construction industry is desirable but not necessary.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Casual

**Salary**: From $35.00 per hour
