We are looking for a
**Client Service Executive** to join our dynamic and friendly team to build robust client relationships and look at innovative ways to add value to our client's business.

**About the Role**:
This role entails a high level of client communication, maintaining and growing client relationships, managing internal stakeholders to meet clients' needs, and to set KPI's in a fast-paced environment. You will be assisting the Client Service Manager/ Director on day-to-day client requests, requirements and orders. Ensuring that they are rapidly received, accurately processed and clearly communicated.

**Roles and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- Assisting with General Inquiries
- Weekly Client Invoicing
- Accounts Administration - Receivable / Payable
- General Administration
- Warehouse Liaison
- Passionately delivering set KPI's for clients that are assigned to you
- Building strong client and team relationships
- Working within a team environment
- Working with the stakeholders to delight consumers of the world's best brands
- Maintaining and improving account profitability

**About You**:

- Minimum of 12 months in a similar client service role (ideally working within a 3PL or a warehousing environment)
- Strong attention to detail and administrations skills
- Solid experience using the Microsoft Suite (Excel is desirable)
- A passion for delivering a high level of client satisfaction.
- You must be a team player who is happy to multitask.
- A high level of motivation, work ethic and strong personal accountability
- Outstanding interpersonal / communication skills and strong presentation skills
- A passion for logistics and fulfilment are essential.
