**Where will I be working?**

This exciting role operates out of our **_Sydney_** office.

**What will I be doing?**

The Product Marketing Manager will be an individual contributor with a focus area/ discipline across many products, capabilities, and enablement areas within the marketing organization as part of the commercial enablement team. They are accountable for delivering results based on agreed individual, team, and business goals. They must develop an understanding of Nexxen, its products, its customers, and the competitive set in APAC. They must build on their focus area/discipline to become expert. They are responsible for generating ideas to solve executional challenges and to achieve strategic/business objectives. Strong work ethic, personal drive and curiosity are all requirements for success. They must also have a strong bias toward action and teamwork as their core values.

This position encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, including but not limited to:

- Collaborate with sales and business development teams to understand market challenges, product gaps, and advocate for APAC commercial needs.
- Partner closely with the Platform Solutions team to track locally built solutions and share insights with the product team.
- Own commercial roadmap localization and readout for all APAC markets, focusing on demand and supply.Localize product collateral and training materials to align messaging with the target audience and maintain brand consistency.
- Provide competitive analysis and industry trend insights to the sales team in collaboration with Marketing.
- Develop and execute local/regional marketing strategies in collaboration with local marketing and leadership teams.
- Support the APAC PR and Marketing Manager in managing external events across the region.
- Write and develop website content, blog posts, social media content, newsletters, thought leadership materials, and corporate communications.
- Manage owned, earned, and paid channels effectively.

**What will I bring?**
- Familiar with the perspectives of both advertisers (buy-side) and publishers (sell-side) in the ad tech industry.
- Displays strong engagement, motivation, and integrity, capable of working cross-functionally across diverse business groups.
- Self-motivated with excellent multitasking abilities.
- Exhibits effective communication, teamwork, prioritization, attention to detail, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrates effective project management skills with global, cross-functional relationships.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word (required) and experienced in using marketing automation software like HubSpot (preferred).
