**About the role**:
Q-CTRL is looking for a hands-on Product Marketing Manager based out of California (Los Angeles preferred) or Sydney, Australia to develop and deploy product, growth and GTM campaigns. The role will report to our Marketing Lead.
We are looking for a proven technology marketing manager who loves rolling up their sleeves, making things happen, and helping emerging and fast growing companies like us stand out in a crowded, rapidly growing early market like Quantum Computing and Quantum Sensing.
**What you'll be doing**:
**Product Marketing**:
- Manage Product Marketing efforts at Q-CTRL. Partner with Sales and Product teams in aligning roadmaps, conducting market research and implementing new strategies based on findings.
- Tell our product story and formulate a product marketing roadmap that outlines engagement and touchpoint opportunities with customers.
- Communicate the vision and value of new and existing products to sales teams and develop assets and collateral that facilitate the sales process.
- Creating product marketing assets that support brand and communications objectives.
**Go-To-Market**:
- Develop GTM launch strategies that establish value proposition, launch narrative, collateral, channel plan and media mix.
- Deploy campaigns focused on new and existing products, determining ideal customer segments, creating high impact assets and measuring success.
- Analyze and continuously improve campaign performance in order to meet strategic business objectives.
- Be part of the team that develops and implements promotional, lead generation, and lead nurturing programs.
**Execution**:
- Translate high-level strategies into actionable, ambitious, yet attainable plans. Develop, plan, and manage marketing activity inline with campaign budgets.
- Create advertising material including print, digital, social media, videos, posts and interactive assets.
- Lead, design and develop conference campaigns that showcase new products to potential customers, key stakeholders and business partners.
- Engage agencies, freelancers and internal teams to develop assets for individual products and markets.
- Develop relevant metrics and track performance in campaigns, events, and other initiatives.
**Your qualifications and behavioral attributes**:
- 5+ years of work experience in product marketing or technology marketing with specific experience managing key product marketing functions: Customer Research, GTM, Digital Marketing, Social Media and Events/PR.
- A background in deep tech/HPC or related high tech software with exposure to both B2B and B2C markets. Must have high-growth startup experience. A technical/ engineering background would be useful.
- Demonstrable experience designing and implementing successful Marketing campaigns. Solid knowledge of SEO, CRM (eg Salesforce), web analytics, and digital marketing best practices.
