This organisation operated in the Utilities/Energy sector within South Australia. They are looking for an IT Change Manager to join their team to assist in technology related projects.

**Your new role**

**What you'll need to succeed**
- The ability to utilise modern change management processes and tools to create strategy to support the adoption of changes within the project
- The ability to undertaken change impact analysis, readiness assessments and project communications
- You may be required to undertake the creation of training documentation and delivery
- Professional certifications in change management, such as Prosci, ADKAR, or equivalent, are highly desirable
- Outstanding written and verbal communication to ensure collaboration with cross-functional teams at all levels. You will demonstrate the ability to identify key stakeholders to engage with
