**Your new role**:
In this dynamic Customer Service position, you will be responsible for providing efficient and exceptional customer service to our large and varied customer base.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Providing quotes and generating sales purchase orders.
- Assisting customers with trade counter sales enquiries.
- Coordinating between departments to see orders are completed and dispatched correctly.
- Using our internal systems to accurately provide resolution of customers’ enquiries, quotes, and orders.
- Providing support to the Sales Representatives with tasks as required.

This is a full-time permanent role based in
**Dingley **Melbourne. Hours are 8.30am - 4.30pm Monday to Friday.

**What you’ll need to succeed**:

- You’re an upbeat and personable professional with experience in customer service and/or sales.
- You have outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- You have a high level of initiative, proactivity, and self-confidence - you are always prepared to jump in to do what it takes for the team to deliver premium customer service.
- Your high attention to detail and strong time management is second to none.
- You are experienced in Microsoft Office suite and have above average computer skills.
- You have full Australian working rights, as sponsorship will not be offered for this role.
