**Your new role**:

Starting in a high level Customer Service position, you will be responsible for providing efficient and exceptional customer service to our large and varied customer base.

Your key responsibilities include:

- Provide prompt and helpful customer service to existing and potential customers
- Educate prospective clients on our wide range of products & services
- Develop and maintain relationships
- Support the in
- field technical sales team
- Use our internal systems to accurately provide resolution of customers’ enquiries, quotes and orders
- Provide sales support to assist with the aim of solution selling
