_**Customer Service Officer**_
- **Duties and Responsibilities**_
- Entering sales orders in the system in a timely manner
- Contact customers to obtain missing information or answer queries if any
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to manage orders and provide data/information as required
- Invoicing of all orders manufactured and ready for delivery
- Checking orders and invoices for accuracy
- Raising credit notes as required
- Liaise with transport, distribution & 3PL warehouse companies to organise customer deliveries
- Generate daily sales reports
- Work closely with sales representatives & operations team to ensure accurate & timely delivery of customer orders.
- Attend Order Management or Production Planning meetings to be updated with information needed to complete current or new tasks or help resolve issues.
- Backup to other customer service staff when required.
- Other general admin & adhoc duties.

- Background in the area of order management and sales processes
- High attention to detail and demonstrated accuracy with data entry
- Hands on IT skills including Microsoft Office packages
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Time management and organisation skills to prioritise work and meet deadlines
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dingley, VIC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
