Dingley Village, Australia AMC Commercial Cleaning Full time

This role is an office-based position and is responsible for maintaining a monthly call planner of clients and ensuring customer retention & satisfaction. This person will manage the relationships between our clients and cleaning operatives, ensuring the site specifications are met.

These relationships will be managed through phone-based auditing, ensuring quality, productivity and safety targets are met. Additionally, this person will;
- Manage any complaints and escalate where needed
- Complete administrative tasks and ensure 100% compliance
- Identify opportunities for improvement and upsell where possible
- Meet set KPIs and work collaboratively with the wider team

Ideally this person will come from a strong customer service background & are comfortable speaking on the phone, they find building relationships easy and are highly organised with a strong ability to multitask & prioritise. Apart from this, you will also have;
- Intermediate Skills in Microsoft-Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A demonstrated ability to work independently.

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
