Sales Representative

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Reach out to potential customers via phone to introduce our products and government rebate initiatives.
- Handle incoming phone calls with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- Engage in consultative selling, understanding customer needs, and recommending appropriate solutions.
- Effectively communicate the advantages of our products and services to drive sales conversions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales within our CRM system.

**Requirements**:

- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport with customers and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Results-oriented mindset with a drive to meet and exceed both sales and customer satisfaction targets.
- Office-based work only.
- Must have a drivers licence to ensure stability in getting to & from work.

**Working Hours**:

- Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm

**Remuneration**:

- In addition to a competitive base salary, our customer service/sales professionals have the potential to earn an average monthly commission of $1,000 - $2,500, providing significant earning opportunities.
