**The Opportunity**

We are currently looking for an experienced Service Administrator to join our dynamic team and hit the ground running This is a fulltime permanent position based in Banyo QLD.

**What you will do**

Your key deliverables in this role with include:

- General administration
- Raising work orders, purchase orders and goods receipting
- Invoicing and reporting asset damages
- Daily and weekly reporting requirements
- Service scheduling with internal and external mechanics
- Logging breakdowns and engaging contractors for attendance
- Assist in ensuring safety and compliance of all equipment is maintained

**What you are and what you have**
- Strong administration skills and demonstrated experience
- Exceptional organisational and customer service skills
- Strong computer skills
- Clear English with a good phone manner
- Well presented
- A good work ethic and be self-motivated
- The ability to work well under pressure and multi-task
- Prior experience in a similar role in equipment hire is an advantage
