**Position**: Administration Officer - Scheduler

**Location**: Banyo, QLD

**Job Type**: Part-time (20-30 hours per week) with the potential for future full-time employment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Scheduling: Efficiently schedule concrete deliveries.
- General Administration: Perform various administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the office.
- Communication: Handle inbound and outbound calls to gather information and address customer queries.
- Decision Making: Analyse and interpret information to make informed decisions that contribute to operational efficiency.

- Multitasking Skills: Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Data Entry: Proficient in data entry with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Adaptability: Quick adaptation to new systems and processes.
- Computer Knowledge: Sound knowledge of computer systems.
- Sales Skills: Ability to provide quotes and convert them into sales.
- Enthusiastic Attitude: Must be enthusiastic, possess a great telephone manner, and have a can-do attitude.
