**The Adviser Offender Intervention will**:

- Maintain and monitor program waitlists to ensure accuracy of information.
- Assist in program allocation and progressing program offers.
- Request and track prisoner transfers to ensure prisoners have timely access to programs and interventions not otherwise available at their centre.
- Contribute to the development of program scheduling on a state-wide level.
- Prepare correspondence as required to external stakeholders including Parole Board Queensland, Legal Services and direct letters to prisoners and their families.
- Liaise with key internal stakeholders including correctional centre staff, Sentence Management Services, High Risk Offender Management Unit and other key internal stakeholders to provide information as requested.
- Retrieve and maintain information on the Queensland Corrective Services Integrated Offender Management System (IOMS).
- Assist in development and implementation of workload management strategies to ensure core business objectives are maintained.
