**The Senior Adviser Rehabilitation Planning will**:
Develop and implement processes to support performance management and reporting on offender rehabilitation and management services.
Contribute to the establishment of standards and benchmarks for the measurement and reporting of offender management and rehabilitation services.
Undertake analysis of quantitative and qualitative performance data and develop high quality written reports.
Research and analyse offender rehabilitation and management services demand.
Identify and report on trends and issues with current systems identified in data analysis.
Provide advice to staff and management regarding offender rehabilitation and management system and services performance.
Maintain own contemporary knowledge and skills in quantitative and qualitative data analysis and reporting.
Liaise with Government and non-Government service providers involved in the delivery of rehabilitation and management services as required.
Develop and maintain internal and external relationships and professional networks.
Provide timely advice to key internal and external stakeholders regarding performance measurement of services.
Ensure the appropriate exchange of information with key agencies regarding whole of Government offender management agenda.

**The essential requirements for this role are**:
Demonstrated high level communication skills, including the ability to prepare high quality written communication documents.
Demonstrated ability to liaise with key internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Experience in a criminal justice environment or similar human services area.
Ability to navigate and utilise corporate and client management data information systems.
Interpersonal skills for negotiating with internal and external stakeholders, who often have competing interests, on sensitive and complex issues.
Research and analytical skills for investigating issues and analysing trends associated with correctional services activities.
There are no other mandatory qualifications, conditions or requirements for this position.
