**HR Graduate**
As a result of our continued growth and $1 billion work-in-hand, Georgiou has an exciting opportunity for a recent HR Graduate to kick start your career and support our NSW Business Unit. This role will provide you with the opportunity to be exposed across all facets of Human Resources including providing operational support, be actively involved in various aspects of the Human Resources, Recruitment, Training & Industrial Relations disciplines. No two days will be the same You will be trusted to:

- Provide timely, consistent, and high-quality guidance across the entire HR life cycle to employees
- Assist with creation of employment contracts, staff letters and contract variations as well as employee onboarding
- Provide support for IR-related activities as requested
- Provide general administration support to the HR and the wider team as required

Our HR team is knowledgeable, has a strong desire to make an impact in your role, always ready for a laugh and willing to go out of their way to help each other and drive to do things better and constantly raise the bar.
**What you’re good at**:
Aside from recently having tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, You’re curious by nature, a people person and a self-starter with common sense and emotional intelligence, someone with:

- The ability to communicate effectively and find it easy to build rapport with a wide variety of people, internally and externally
- Good interpersonal, written and organisational skills
- Passion and the drive to make things happen to ensure tasks are delivered to a high-quality standard
- Ability to work unsupervised on your own initiative and as part of a wider team
- Organised and process orientated with the ability to manage conflicting timescales and priorities
