HR Controller- Graduate

We are seeking a highly motivated **Graduate HR Controller** to join our Remunerations & Benefits Team within HR in this _12 month fixed term contract_. In this role, you will support our financial, analytical, and planning processes, partnering with various teams to help drive business performance in a fast-paced environment. Your responsibilities will include preparing and analysing monthly and weekly reports, identifying trends, and providing valuable insights to key stakeholders. You will work closely with the retail operations team, focusing on HR forecastings, analysis and planning to support informed decision-making.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in preparing Head Count budgets and forecasting
- Analyze Head Count data to identify insights and opportunities for improvement from labour perspective
- Assist with bonus scheme administrative activities
- Contribute to HR projects and ad-hoc analysis to address business needs

**Skills & Experience Required**:

- Recently completed a degree in IT Software, Finance, Business or a related field.
- Analytical skills with **Excel, **experience with _Pivot Table, V-Look Up or VBA highly desirable_
- Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to building relationships
- Experience with IT software such as Python, JavaScript is highly advantageous
- Interest in financial analysis, reporting, and planning processes
- Previous experience using PowerBi desired but not essential, we can teach you this
