**The opportunity**
This won’t be another cog in the machine job; you’ll be joining our legendary team, with the ability to make a bold mark and fast-track your professional growth. You will be provided with in-depth training and development to propel your career and succeed in your dedicated external sales role. Working with some of the best in the business, you will:

- Work through an accelerated program that rotates through various areas of the business, gaining exposure to a variety of management styles and business development strategies.
- For a holistic understanding of how a successful business is run, you will rotate through customer service, business development, administration, warehouse and inventory management and purchasing sectors.
- Build strong relationships with clients, discussing their needs and those of their end consumers, to develop cost effective and vibrant solutions.
- Be closely mentored, trained, and supported in areas such as communication, negotiation skills, sales, and management.
- Drive sales and develop new business whilst experiencing the personal and professional growth that comes with it.
- Become an integral part of our business through selling some of the best-known brands in our industry and working across our range of exceptionally managed client businesses.

**A bit about you**
- You are a recent university graduate.
- You’re a driven individual that aspires to work in a dynamic client facing environment and always eager to learn new business skills.
- You are committed to delivering exceptional customer service and providing the best solutions for your clients - some sales experience is ideal, though not crucial.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must, so your ability to build strong relationships and establish rapport is second to none.
- You’re excellent at managing your own time and a real self-starter; you don’t need someone watching over your shoulder to get things done.
- You have a current driver's license.
- You have full Australian working rights as sponsorship will not be offered in this role.
