Supporting our busy Supply Chain operation, this is a great opportunity for a recent HR Graduate to gain practical experience in a large, global blue-chip business. With exposure across a broad range of HR responsibilities, with ample opportunity to learn and develop professionally and personally. You will also have the opportunity to participate in innovative projects, within HR and across the broader business.
You will form an integral part of our ANZ HR team, working alongside a team of passionate HR professionals who are committed to delivering outstanding results to all stakeholders as well as contributing to your ongoing professional development. We take our jobs seriously but ourselves - not so much

Core responsibilities include:
- _**
- Working closely with our Senior HR Manager & HR Advisor for our Supply Chain site based at Botany to provide HR coordination and administrative support
- Support with employee engagement initiatives, ie. Recognition, communications planning and well-being
- Leveraging HR systems to record employee data and generate reporting, supported by our Global Shared Service Centre
- Support in recruitment of our Production Operator employees including reviewing CVs, phone screening, drafting offer letters, pre-placement assessments, background checks and successfully on-boarding new hires,
- Involvement in HR related projects, both local and regional
- Tertiary qualifications in HR or similar discipline
- Experience in an office environment or an HR internship
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all levels of employees
- Strong attention to detail, planning and organisational skills
- A team player with a positive, can do attitude
