**Overview**

**Your day to day routine will look something like this**:

- Keying in customer orders - Data entry
- Creating and processing orders
- Build sustainable relationships with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Advise customers of our diverse product range and price trends.
- Regular liaison with Sales, Warehouse, and Purchasing departments
- General filing, data entry, faxing, and photocopying
- Ad-hoc administrative tasks as and when required

**All about you**:

- Past experience in customer service or administrative role preferred.
- Excellent phone manners.
- Previous exp in XERO is preferred but not essential
- Experience within the meat industry is preferred but not essential
- Excellent communication skills.
- High attention to detail
- Excellent computer skills (excel, word, outlook).
- An eye for detail and a customer-focused attitude.
- Must possess own transport to commute to work as the location is hard to find.
