About the Roles

We're seeking passionate team members to join our friendly and supportive teams across our Heidelberg West, and Mont Albert branches.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service in our retail showrooms
  • Provide front-line and online support, handling enquiries, processing orders, and creating a positive in-store experience
  • Work directly with customers to find mobility and daily living solutions that promote independence and well-being
  • Recommend suitable assistive technology products
  • Demonstrate equipment and provide guidance
  • Assist with showroom presentation, stock control, and merchandising
  • Collaborate with colleagues and allied health professionals

About You

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Compassionate and customer-focused
  • Sales experience (preferred)
  • Background in healthcare, retail, allied health, or assistive equipment (advantageous)
  • Tech-savvy and quick to learn product details
  • A collaborative team player with a proactive attitude
