**About this role**

Do you find purpose in connecting the digital with the physical world? As the Digital Services Leader you will grow and deliver our digital advisory offer to clients and help them develop new strategic, profitable, scalable digital services that they can take to the marketing. You will also be responsible for the digital transformation internally in Victoria and ensure this meets our goals of sustainable development.

**What will I do?**
- Grow and integrate digital service capability and offerings in Victoria, as well as grow Arup’s income from both digital advisory and services
- Develop a strong market-facing position for Arup as a digital services leader in Victoria.
- Connect to and inspire digital services clients and collaborations externally to win and deliver digital advisory and services that differentiate Arup and generates growth
- Provide combined experience and expertise across the multi-discipline nature of Arup and digital services where you will be able to lead collaborations and connect to all parts of the business.
- Input into bids, tenders, and conditions of engagement, and control significant investment spend in the bid/tendering process.

**What will I bring?**
- 7 - 10 yrs of client facing digital solution and or service delivery or experience in the digital technology industry demonstration our deep understanding of emerging technologies, opportunities and challenges
- Recent project experience in and current understanding of the state of knowledge and though relating to all things digital.
- Demonstrated track record in business case development and delivery ideally through the clients’ digital transformation programmes, and winning high quality digital advisory and services work for clients.
- Ability to identify, form and maintain senior level relationships based on competency and trust, including excellent communication, engagement and influencing skills
- A collaborative approach to securing and delivering work, together with ability to mentor, train and motivate staff.
