**About you;**
- A minimum 1-2 years experience in a similar role (blue collar highly regarded)
- Experience in making outbound calls with great phone manner
- Ability to work well in a team environment & independently
- Demonstrated knowledge & experience in relevant recruitment systems
- Ability to work well under pressure & to set deadlines

**Key Responsibilities;**
- Managing and growing our existing clients
- Managing job advertisements
- Database upkeep and administration duties as required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- South Wharf VIC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Recruiting: 2 years (preferred)

- Australia (preferred)
