**The Role**
- As a SME Specialist within the Strategic Accounts Sales Team of MYOB's Enterprise Professional Services team, you will be accountable for retaining and growing the value that MYOB's Strategic Accounts receive from using the MYOB platform in their business and for their clients. You will work with an established list of high value and Strategic accounting practices.
- Your primary focus areas will be to sustain and grow the value of your portfolio through structured and consistent account management, identifying and executing opportunities to expand MYOB's value with these practices. There will be a real focus on expanding our SME solutions and Business Management Platform solution across some our largest and most strategic accounting partners.
- You will achieve success by building strong relationships with some of MYOB's most strategic practices, working in partnership to understand their needs and priorities, and pro-actively engage to help them achieve their goals.

**Key Objectives**
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas for expansion business by creating customer value.
- Meet or exceed retention targets across the portfolio
- Build effective and positive relationships with MYOB's strategic accounting partners through disciplined account management operating cadence
- Identify growth opportunities by understanding the needs and goals of your accounting partners
- Identifies key decision makers and develop strategic relationships to drive revenue
- Uses insights to build and deliver outcomes in a way that demonstrates value to MYOB Strategic accounting partners
- Manage a value-based sales cycle from qualification of need, through to objection handling, negotiation and closing sales
- Build and complete your territory plan, which will drive the required sales activity to deliver sufficient pipeline coverage
- Forge executive relationships which expand your touch points across these large and strategic accounts
- Align MYOB behind your strategic growth plan, and co-ordinate Quarterly Business Reviews in conjunction with the Strategic Account Managers.

**What We're Looking For**
- Experience in account management of Enterprise Clients, with proven track record of expanding relationships and growing revenue streams
- Proven track record in retaining and expanding revenue streams
- Experience in selling SaaS based technology solutions.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas.
- Experience in working in or with the Accounting and Financial Services sector is preferred.
- Value based and Solution selling expertise
