We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to hit the ground running in to this great 2-month opportunity within local Government to support the CEO.

**Executive Assistant to CEO**

**Location: Rockingham**
**Payrate: $40-45 per hour + super**
**Start date: ASAP within one week**
**Finish date: 2 months Full-time Temporary**

We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to hit the ground running in to this great 2-month opportunity within local Government to support the CEO.

**Skills and Knowledge**
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Comprehensive word processing and data input skills.
- Sound time management and organisational skills.
- Ability to prioritise workload.
- Ability to use initiative and solve problems.
- Ability to analyse information and implement appropriate action.
- Sound customer service and public relations skills.
- Ability to work under pressure without supervision.
- Working knowledge to perform functions of Executive Secretary.
- Proficient ICT skills including the use of Microsoft Office suite or alike.

**Experience**
- Extensive secretarial experience at a senior level.
- Extensive experience and accuracy in the preparation of agendas, minutes and briefing notes.

**Highly Desirable**
- Previous experience working as an Executive Assistant for a Senior Officer or Chief Executive Officer within a Western Australian Local Government.
- Knowledge of Local Government Council functions and governance processes.
