What your day will look like....
In this role, you'll stay busy ensuring that financial operations run smoothly and efficiently. You'll manage the generation and processing of invoices, handle client accounts, and oversee the reconciliation of transactions in line with financial standards. Your day will involve interacting with a variety of internal and external stakeholders, answering client queries, providing support to Home Care staff, and assisting with changes to client service data and billing. You'll also maintain and improve information systems, identifying areas for process enhancements, and keeping the team updated on new billing practices. Above all, your work will directly contribute to the quality care provided to our clients, all while being part of a supportive, values-driven environment.
